All standard shipping will be U.S. Mail.  Shipping outside the United States or items going to Canada will be sent by U.S. Mail or U.S. Mail Parcel Post, shipping will be added when your order is processed.   Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada may be upgraded to U.S. Parcel Post depending on weight.  Average "ground" U.S. Mail shipping times are 7 to 10 business days.  Regular U.S. Mail does not provide tracking information, for this reason we recommend upgrading your shipping to Priority U.S. Mail of FedEx Ground service.
